Servicesure has announced a new partnership with the Service Advisor Academy, enhancing the support it gives to its independent garage members.
With rising costs and the need for a strong pipeline of work in garages, Servicesure members will now have access to proven tools and techniques that improve customer experiences and help colleagues drive value for their workshops.
Members will be now able to choose between the Academy’s 12-month (six training day) IMI accredited training or a condensed one-day session.
The role of service advisors is becoming increasingly important in managing workflow and interacting with customers, providing them with information and answering questions. With the role acting as the front line of garage operations, Servicesure is now giving its members access to crucial tools to help businesses build their front-of-house experience.

From handling difficult conversations to presenting work in a way customers understand, the Service Advisor Academy delivers real world training that makes an immediate difference. This is practical, hands-on development that helps teams boost conversion, build trust, and deliver the level of service customers remember.

While other training providers exist, service advisors have never had an academy or community exclusively focused on their unique skill set until now. Servicesure members can use their training day allocation for colleagues to attend the course, meaning this comes at no extra cost to member garages.
