SMP Europe is set to launch a brand-new range at Automechanika Birmingham 2025; Ride Height Level Sensors, alongside its leading product portfolio including its award-winning Intermotor AdBlue Injectors.
The company’s new Ride Height Level Sensors aim to help address a common MOT failure: faulty sensors. The Ride Height Level Sensors are fitted to vehicles with adjustable suspension and are responsible for automatically adjusting headlight alignment based on changes in ride height. As this function directly affects headlight positioning, a faulty sensor is classed as an MOT failure.
“Automechanika Birmingham is the ideal platform for us to launch our new Ride Height Level Sensors range, and continue to demonstrate our engineering excellence to the market,” commented Martin Turner, Marketing Director at SMP Europe, the home of Intermotor.

SMP Europe’s air mass meters, temperature sensors, EGR valves, exhaust gas temperature sensors, fuel vapour values, fuel injectors, ignition coils and leads will also all be on display, with visitors able to find out more directly from the Intermotor engineering team, who will be on hand to answer any questions.
Intermotor’s award-winning range of AdBlue injectors was unveiled last June at the UK Garage and Bodyshop Event, and the range was then launched to the European market at Automechanika Frankfurt 2024.
Turner added: “With our AdBlue Injectors range, our engineering team has developed a high-quality product that addresses common issues such as blockages and overheating, ensuring longevity and superior performance. Once again, showcasing our engineering excellence.
SMP Europe’s new Ride Height Level Sensors will launch with 57 part numbers in range to cover 58 million vehicle makes and models.
