Prominent company reassures customers in difficult time
Despite the current unprecedented circumstances, HELLA is reassuring its customers that it’s business as usual for them throughout this COVID-19 pandemic.
While the sales team cannot be out visiting customers, HELLA still has its employees working behind the scenes, as well as the warehouse continuing to be supplied and products distributed, so workshops can be assured they can still access HELLA’s premium quality parts without delay.
Managing Director of HELLA UK, Neil Grant, said: “We are continuing to deliver the same high standard of customer service during this difficult time. While we have temporarily shut down our UK office and placed a proportion of our staff under the job retention scheme, the rest of the team are working from home and are still available to customers.
“As workshops are still allowed to remain open, we will ensure that we do the same, which allows technicians to do their jobs efficiently. There are so many people who depend on their vehicle and especially those key workers that the country is so reliant upon. We therefore want to make sure their cars are in roadworthy and safe condition so they do not have to worry about being immobile.”
