A new Castrol technical support service has been launched, allowing both workshops and consumers to interact with a dedicated team of technical specialists free-of-charge.
The new service, developed by the lubricant specialist, is aimed to provide advice and resolve queries, giving garages access to a wealth of knowledge that could help them and their customers when it comes to making purchasing decisions. It is open to current and prospective Castrol customers, independent and franchised workshops, distributors, retailers, and Castrol Branded Workshops across the UK.
The Castrol technical support service will provide a more tailored and high-quality customer experience, with Castrol’s technical agents available eight hours a day, five days per week at no cost by emailing at UKTechService@castrol.com, or by calling +44 (0)1932 775644.
During a pilot phase for the new technical support service, Castrol’s agents responded to 87% of email enquiries within just 24 hours.

The Castrol technical support service is offered in partnership with Teleperformance, a company that provides omnichannel customer acquisition management, customer care, technical support, and other services. It utilises AI technology to offer a multi-language service, enabling users to contact the technical support team in their native language from across the world, making it fully accessible for all.
