IAAF Summer Conference launched to target a better aftermarket

The Independent Automotive Aftermarket Federation (IAAF) is launching its first Summer Conference in more than 20 years with the key aim of addressing issues around skills, training and recruitment in the automotive aftermarket.

The IAAF Summer Conference, which takes place on Wednesday 12 June at the Belfry Hotel & Resort, Sutton Coldfield, is sponsored by leading automotive distributor Alliance Automotive Group (AAG).

The conference will be headlined by award winning CEO and inspirational speaker Hamish Taylor, who will say that the biggest challenge we face is how to ensure employee engagement with the change journey. Taylor will look at how companies can set the right ambition to drive innovative behaviour and unlock potential of the whole organisation.

Taylor’s career has taken him from International consumer goods giant Procter and Gamble, consultancy firm Price Waterhouse and British Airways to become CEO of the channel tunnel railway Eurostar, and then CEO of Sainsbury’s Bank.
