As part of its ongoing programme to further strengthen its support for workshops around the UK, premium garage equipment supplier, Pro-Align, has appointed Kasia Rzepka to the newly created role of head of operations.
In the senior management role, Rzepka will oversee the company’s aftersales and engineering teams of around 25 people, with an aim of delivering 100% customer satisfaction.
“Pro-Align is a great company but also one with massive opportunities,” commented Kasia Rzepka, head of operations, Pro-Align. “Under its new ownership, the company has some incredibly exciting and ambitious growth plans, but these are totally reliant on delivering the very best levels of customer service and care within the industry.

Kasia Rzepka brings experience
Rzepka is no stranger a busy role within the automotive industry, having previously held and excelled in the position of operations and assistant general manager for Manheim Auctions, as well as a logistics operations role with DHL. Indeed, while in these roles she won an internal Employee of the Year award and was also a shortlisted finalist in two other national automotive awards.

Outside of work, Rzepka is big sports fan, and in particular basketball, which she even played to national level. She also enjoys travelling with her family and immersing herself in different cultures.
