The biennial UKGBE takes place on the 5th-6th June at the National Exhibition Centre, Birmingham. LKQ UK and Ireland will be one of 180 leading suppliers exhibiting, with 5,000 garage, bodyshop and vehicle detailing professionals set to attend.
Plenty happening on LKQ stands
Visitors can learn about the future of service, repair and training with the return of The Modern Garage stand (C30), sponsored by LKQ Euro Car Parts. It will showcase the latest tools, technology, and solutions for modern vehicles to help garages plan investments that will optimise their operations – from garage management Systems to LKQ Academy. There will also be interactive product demonstrations on the stand, along with brand ambassador Andy Savva, The Garage Inspector.
The LKQ Euro Car Parts stand (D40) will showcase the supplier’s services, support and solutions – with its industry leading product range, backed up by unrivalled availability. The stand will provide an interactive experience for garage professionals to learn on digital displays.
Delegates will also find market leading garage concept 1TEC Auto Hub on the stand – with expert advisers on hand to discuss the benefits of being part of the concept, and how it is adapting to the increasing number of EVs in the UK car parc. Industry expert guest speakers will cover the role of data and social media in growing visitors’ businesses.
The stand will provide delegates with insight into how LKQ Bodyshop can be a supportive partner in a changing market. Visitors to the stand can also immerse themselves in a virtual reality welding challenge, with a prize for the competitor with the winning score at the end of the two days.
“We have designed our interactive and immersive stands to help industry professionals discover practical solutions for futureproofing their businesses – from maximising opportunities for upskilling to revealing innovations at the cutting edge of servicing and repair.
“Having a major presence at shows like UKGBE is strategically important to us. The facetime we get with customers, and the relationships we grow as a result, are immensely valuable. It is an excellent forum for meaningful conversation on how individual businesses and the broader industry can truly prosper in times of change. Ultimately, convening the industry at shows like UKGBE is a key way for us to remain the industry’s supportive partner of choice.”
