MAHLE Aftermarket has listened to customer feedback and has made positive changes to Behr Hella Service (BHS) packaging, after recently acquiring the thermal management brand.
The supplier has adapted the size of Behr Hella Service (BHS) labels to ensure the majority of products now use the largest possible label.
Previously, products were delivered with either a small dual brand label (38 x 67mm) or large dual brand label (75 x 150mm).
After receiving feedback from customers that the larger option was the most favourable, MAHLE has decided to supply 85 per cent of all products with the large brand label going forward.
Around 13 per cent of the products will now be supplied with a specially introduced middle dual label (60 x 110 mm), and there will be a huge reduction in the use of the smaller label, with only around 2 per cent of products using this version.
MAHLE is also encouraging suppliers to use larger labels wherever possible to ensure customer demand is met.
Jonathan Walker, Managing Director of MAHLE Aftermarket Ltd, said: “We know how important customer feedback is and it’s important that we listen and always have a two-way dialogue to ensure we take on board their comments and adapt accordingly.
“In this case, our customers informed us that the larger labels have a more visual effect and made it easier to digest information, and therefore we’ve acted quickly to put the changes into operation and act on their advice.”
