Notable new releases include a turbocharger suitable for a wide range of Ford diesel vehicles, including the Edge, Focus, Galaxy, Mondeo, S-Max, and Transit 2.0D models. This addition to Melett’s turbocharger portfolio is designed to help the aftermarket provide a high-quality, cost-effective direct replacement solution for these popular Ford diesel vehicles.
Significant additions to the company’s core assembly range include products for bi-turbochargers on Land Rover/Range Rover 2.0D, and BMW 3.0D engines.
Meeting the growing demand for modern small-displacement petrol engine passenger cars, Melett launched core assemblies for a range of popular engines including Peugeot/Citroen/Vauxhall/Toyota 1.0L, Mercedes/Renault 1.3L, Fiat/Jeep 1.0L, and Honda 1.0L and 1.5L.
Expanding its reach in the light commercial vehicle market, Melett released core assemblies for popular diesel engine vans including Ford Transit 2.0D, Renault Master 2.3D, and Iveco LDV 3.0D.
Further core assemblies for common pick-up trucks and SUVs were also launched, covering vehicles including Nissan Navara/Pathfinder 2.3D and 2.5D, Toyota Hilux/Land Cruiser 2.8D, Mercedes X-Class 2.3D, and BMW X3/X4 3.0D.

Melett’s growing range of complete core assemblies are assembled and VSR balanced in Melett’s fully equipped UK production facility, incorporating, where possible, improvements in the original design and upgraded parts.
