With more than 20 years of operational leadership experience, Etherington brings a wealth of expertise in fleet management, logistics, compliance, and supplier relations, making her a highly valuable addition to the Motofix team.
Throughout her career, Ginny Etherington has successfully led large-scale operations, managed extensive fleets, and overseen supplier and contract negotiations to optimise costs and enhance service levels. Her data-driven decision-making approach, combined with her expertise in performance insights and MI reporting, will further strengthen Motofix’s ability to drive operational efficiency and service excellence across its network.
In addition to her operational expertise, Etherington has strong financial oversight experience and is highly skilled in stakeholder engagement, working effectively with teams at all levels, from operational staff to C-suite executives. Her track record of delivering high-impact results is further highlighted by her contributions to successful supplier transitions and network development projects.
