UFI Filters has appointed Paolo Cataldi as the new General Manager of its Aftermarket Business Unit.
Cataldi joins the group, which specialises in filtration, thermal management and technologies for the development of hydrogen mobility, taking the lead for the aftermarket globally.
Paolo Cataldi, 55, a graduate in Economics and Marketing from Italy’s University of Bari, has more than 25 years of management experience and a strong background in the automotive aftermarket.
He has a profound knowledge of the aftermarket, having held various strategic positions over the years for leading companies in the spare parts business, from sales, product and marketing to managerial leadership roles and business unit management, both for the Italian and international markets.
