Schaeffler adds to REPXPERT Bonus Shop

Schaeffler has updated its REPXPERT Bonus Shop to give members an even better range of merchandise to choose from, along with the promise of monthly special offers to tempt mechanics even further.

From a garage perspective, loyalty programmes are an important part of the customer experience, so the announcement is good news for REPXPERT members that wish to take advantage of the bonus points they collect by scanning the unique Schaeffler OneCode QR label on LuK, INA and FAG product cartons.

“Among the new products are a recycled REPXPERT roll-top backpack, Laser cordless rechargeable soldering iron and special edition LuK, INA and FAG T-shirts, and we have also upgraded the quality of some of the existing clothing too, so there’s plenty of stuff for members to take advantage of,” commented Jeff Earl, Schaeffler Marketing Communications Manager.

“We are also introducing a product focus which will feature six items each month, three of which will be on special offer. This month it’s Winter clothing in the spotlight, with a long sleeved base layer, LED headlamp beanie hat, and a top quality recycled polarthermic fleece jacket – all with 40% off the usual points cost. Next month will be our first Tool Focus, which is bound to be popular, so make sure you keep claiming your points and visiting the shop to check out the offers.”

REPXPERT Bonus Shop readily available

The Bonus Shop is integrated into Schaeffler’s R service platform, which is available via a dedicated webpage as well as a free app for iOS and Android mobile devices. It is designed to equip mechanics with the information they need to make repairs simpler, safer and more professional, with instant easy access to data, thanks to the OneCode product labelling system.

Schaeffler boxes include a QR code which is unique to the product inside the box,” Earl continued. “Technicians can use the REPXPERT app scanning function to scan the QR code on the label of any LuK, INA or FAG product to go straight to the product information, check the authenticity of the components, or add bonus points to their account. 

“They also need to remember that this year we are going to turn three REPXPERT members into ‘Bonus Point Millionaires’, with every LuK OneCode scanned between February and April earning one entry into the first prize draw in May.”
