Straightset welcomes Nick Lauff as Wheel Alignment Specialist

Straightset has appointed Nick Lauff as their Wheel Alignment Specialist. The newly created role offers customers a ‘go to’ expert for anything wheel alignment related across both Supertracker and Beissbarth products.

The role will see Lauff helping with demonstrations, sales enquiries, service-related questions and information, including dealing with the Beissbarth team in Munich.

The recently announced partnership between Beissbarth and Straightest bolsters the company’s already extensive Supertracker wheel alignment products. With the addition of a Beissbarth specialist they now also have credible access to help with parts identification and service-related issues for all historical Beissbarth products.

Providing a focal point within the company, customers will be offered tailored and bespoke packages to suit their business, depending on budget, business aim and their own customers’ expectation. Along with practical advice on the equipment Straightset supply, Lauff will also be offering site visits, face to face meetings and site surveys (with a CAD drawing produced) to ensure customers receive the highest level of expertise from Straightset.

Great time for Lauff to join

“I am delighted to have accepted the position at Straightset as their Wheel Alignment Specialist,” commented Lauff. “With the addition of the Beissbarth brand to the Straightset portfolio we can now supply a full range of wheel alignment systems to suit all budgets and applications from all passenger cars to commercial vehicles. It is a great time to be joining Straightset with the soon to launch (in Worksop) dedicated training centre and showroom, which is an ideal steppingstone to kickstart the Beissbarth journey back into the UK market.

“The facility will be equipped with both the Beissbarth Q.Lign and Q.Lign T Series aligners as well as the Supertracker CCD system and brand new green STR1 laser system, mounted onto the scissor lift, with enough space to allow for the Q.DAS ADAS rig to be utilised, as well as having a range of other equipment on display. This is a very exciting venture for me to be fully immersed in and with the incredible support I have had already from everyone at Straightset it promises to be a very bright and fruitful future for us all.”

Sales Director, Andrew Bates added: “We are delighted to announce the appointment of Nick Lauff, who will bring a new dimension to the exceptional customer service we pride ourselves on at Straightset. Linking Nick’s knowledge of the Beissbarth products with our Supertracker and HPA Alignment ranges means we have the widest choice of products to offer all customers.”
