Melett, the UK supplier of precision engineered turbochargers and components for the automotive aftermarket, has grown its extensive product range with additional new products and components introduced in Q2.
Significant new releases include a turbocharger suitable for a wide range of Audi and SEAT vehicles, including the Audi A4, A5, A6, Q5, S5, and SEAT Exeo 2.0L models, as well as a bi-turbocharger assembly kit for the Mazda CX5, CX3 and CX6 2.2D models.
The bi-turbo kit comprises all the necessary components to construct a fully assembled and calibrated Mazda bi-turbocharger.
These additions to Melett’s turbocharger portfolio are designed to help the aftermarket provide a high-quality, cost-effective direct replacement solution for these popular diesel vehicles.
Melett meeting demand
Meeting the growing demand for modern small-displacement petrol engine passenger cars, Melett launched core assemblies for a range of popular engines including Suzuki Vitara/ SX4 1.4L and Ford Fiesta 1.5L.
Expanding its reach in the common pick-up trucks and SUVs market, Melett also launched core assemblies, covering vehicles including Mercedes X-Class, Nissan Navara, Alaskan 2.3D, ML-Class, GL-Class, GLE-Class 3.0D and the Isuzu D-Max 2.5D.
Further core assemblies for diesel engine passenger cars were also introduced, suitable for vehicles including Citroen, Vauxhall and Peugeot 1.5D, BMW 2.0D, Mercedes 1.6D, Honda 1.6D and Hyundai 2.5D.
Notably two new HELLA actuators were added to the range suitable for the Ford Everest and Ranger 2.2D, Alfa Romeo Giulietta, Fiat Doblo (passenger car model), 500, Egea, Tipo, the Jeep Renegade, and Vauxhall Combo 1.6D applications.
