Trico is preparing for another Britcar Dunlop Endurance Championshipcampaign, with brand ambassador, Sarah Moore, looking to retain her historic title in the Tockwith Motorsports(TMS) Trico-liveried Ginetta G50. Sarah was crowned the first-ever female champion in the Britcar series last season and will be returning alongside a new teammate, Moh Ritson, in 2019. Alongside driving duties, Sarah will be mentoring Moh throughout the eight-round series, which begins on 30 March at Silverstone. Wiper blade and system manufacturer Trico has announced that it will resume its chief sponsorship of Britcar Dunlop Endurance Championship winning constructor, Tockwith Motorsports (TMS), for the 2019 season. The company will return to the endurance series after a highly-successful 2018 season, where the Trico-liveried Ginetta G50 competed in seven rounds. The ‘Trico car’ was moved from circuit-to-circuit inside its own transporter, wrapped in Trico livery, while it was also utilised by TMS to transport its various other race cars to events throughout the UK and Europe when Britcar rounds weren’t being hosted. Wheel alignment firm Absolute Alignment has announced two new motorsport partnerships, and will be represented in the Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) and the British GT Championship. Absolute Alignment’s 2018 racing calendar features a total of five motorsport disciplines, and more than 40 race meetings, taking the Farnborough-based outfit to no less than 19 race tracks all across the country, into Europe and the USA. New for this season, the company has become an Official Technical Partner to Power Maxed TAG Racing in the BTCC, and will be supporting Academy Motorsport’s Aston Martin V8 Vantage GT4 entries in British GT.
