The RMI Academy of Automotive Skills is opening its new Avonmouth Academy, as it expands its locations across the UK.
Courses will commence on 22 July 2024, with the new location offering a raft of MOT-based education. This includes Class 4 & 7 annual training for testers and MOT Manager courses, keeping those in the industry up-to-date with the requirements for the annual test.
The Avonmouth academy, located in Bristol, extends the RMI Academy map, with a facility now available to reach the south west of the UK. The new centre joins established locations including Southam, Runcorn, Winchester and Lincoln, giving a wide reach across the country, allowing independent workshop owners, managers and technicians to develop their skills, including those associated with the MOT.

Since its inception by the Retail Motor Industry Federation (RMI) in 2015, the RMI Academy of Automotive Skills has been at the forefront of automotive training in the UK.
Its mission is to offer top-tier, affordable training solutions, run by the trade body with no commercial interests. The Academy aims to elevate standards within the automotive industry by giving professionals the skills and knowledge they need to continue working on some of the most advanced cars on the market today.
