UniClutch, the new-to-the-UK clutch brand, has announced it will be partnering with the award-winning NAPA Racing UK team for the 2024 British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) season.
News of the sponsorship comes as UniClutch made its entrance into the UK at the start of the year, launching its ground-breaking clutch innovation, developed and manufactured by Australian specialist Clutch Industries.
UniClutch, which aims to revolutionise the upgrade clutch market for motor factors, installers, and end-users alike, offers a range of four products: UniClutch, UniClutch Sport, UniClutch Track, and UniClutch 4Terrain. These products are exclusively available from Alliance Automotive Group (AAG).
Racing ahead for UniClutch
The brand is making its debut on the track this season, with its branding featuring on the NAPA Racing UK vehicles. The 2024 team will once again be led by defending champion Ash Sutton, along with Dan Cammish who is embarking on his third year in the NAPA Racing UK team, plus Daniel Rowbottom who returns for a second season and Sam Osbourne, completes the four-car line-up.
Following a triumphant 2023 season, where NAPA Racing UK clinched the Drivers, Manufacturers, and Teams Championships titles, the team is poised for another title pursuit.
“Partnering with the NAPA Racing UK team presents an exciting opportunity for UniClutch to enhance our brand awareness in the UK market,” commented Justin Batten, Clutch Industries general sales & marketing manager.
“We are looking forward to following the BTCC season this year and watching our logo race around the iconic UK racetracks! We would like to wish Ash, Dan, Daniel, Sam and the whole NAPA Racing UK team the best of luck this season.”

New to the UK
“UniClutch originated from a philosophy to redefine the way clutches are made, sold and fitted in a modern automotive industry, whilst focusing on premium materials, precise manufacturing and high-end performance specifications,” added Batten. “We are delighted to introduce the UniClutch brand to the UK and Irish markets and collaborate with our partners at Alliance Automotive Group (AAG) to deliver our innovative technology to the automotive aftermarket.”
The brand offers a twin disc clutch system to increase torque capacity whilst, thanks to four patents, maintains OE levels of refinement like never seen before in a high-end performance clutch.
In the UK and Ireland, more than 800 AAG affiliates will have access to the UniClutch brand, which dramatically simplifies part number complexity and streamlines inventory management.
