The Driver and Vehicle Standards Agency (DVSA) is to sponsor the prestigious Customer Choice Award at the BIG Awards 2025.
Organised by the Independent Garage Association (IGA), the British Independent Garage (BIG) Awards take place in September. The event celebrates excellence across the independent automotive sector.
The Customer Choice Award is the only category at the BIG Awards 2025 decided entirely by the general public. This makes it a genuine reflection of the trust and satisfaction that customers place in their local independent garages.
Significance of DVSA backing
